In addition to teaching yoga for adults, I’m deeply committed to introducing children to the benefits of yoga. As a proud dad to a lively 4-year-old who shares my love for yoga, I’ve experienced firsthand how these practices can empower young minds and bodies. That’s why I pursued specialized training in children’s yoga, earning my 95-hour certification. Whether it’s through playful poses, mindful breathing, or creative storytelling, I strive to make yoga an accessible and enjoyable experience for students of all ages.
